He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Bailey and Myrtie Ruth Hicks Bailey; and his son Chris Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Clardy Bailey; his children, Chad Bailey (Renee) of Hartwell, Evan Bailey (Jessica) of Hartwell and Lori Corbett of Lavonia; and his stepson Braxton Harrison (Angela) of Madison, GA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
