He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Payton "C. P." Seawright and Cleora Gaines Seawright; his wife Evelyn Lewis Seawright; his daughter Peggy Maude Seawright; and his great grandchild Evie Leonhardt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda Sue Seawright McCullough and Cathy Seawright Lee; his grandchildren, Shannon Griffin McAlister, Kimberly Griffin, Ben Griffin, Laura Beth Griffin, Haley McCullough Avery and Miles McCullough; his sister Carol Seawright Williams; and his nephew Danny Seawright.
