She was predeceased by: her parents, John Luther Dockery and Mae Belle Pilgrim Dockery; her husband Ralph C. Maxwell; and her siblings, Connie Johnson, Annie Belle Cape, Helen Carey, Betty Fields, Howard Dockery, Frank Dockery and Johnny Dockery.
She is survived by: her children, Randal Maxwell (Delana) of Hartwell and Rita Vickery (Gary) of Hartwell; her grandchildren, Amanda Brown (Kyle), Justin Vickery (Haley McElhannon), Rafe Maxwell, Ally Vickery and Reece Maxwell; and her great grandchild Kyson Brown.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Strickland Funeral Home-Hartwell (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hartwell Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home (305 Cleveland Ave, Hartwell, GA 30643). A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at the Nancy Hart Memorial Park (1171 Royston Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643).
