“Arthur was a dear friend that I did not know until I was elected to city council. The Good Lord sat me next to Arthur. We had many conversations and we shared the loss of a child which is a pain that no one who has not been there can imagine. Arthur did and he and I had many discussions about out journey through this grief. He was a good man, dear friend, good councilman, and great confidant. Arthur, you will be missed but we will all join you when God calls us home. Love you man.”
