She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton W. Dean and Eddie Lee Vickery Dean; her husband Jesse Vice; her son Lamar Elrod; and her siblings, Beulah Dunn, Mary Singleton, Joel, Jim, Robert, Wayne and Larry Dean.

She is survived by: her son Keith Elrod; and her nephew Mark Dean of Dewy Rose, GA. She is also survived by two grandchildren; a great-grandchild.

Flowers are optional, and memorials may be made to the Cornerstone Baptist Church, 1543 Anderson Hwy, Hartwell, GA 30643.
