She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen H. Gowder and Nettie Dean Gowder; her husband Claude E. Roukoski; and her sister Katy Turner. She is survived by: her son Glen "Chip" Gowder of Hartwell; her sisters, Mary Ann Smith of Elberton and Mildred Mattox of Elberton; her grandchildren, Cassie Gowder and Russell Hunt; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Bennett and Logan Bennett.
