She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearson H. Bailey and Dolly Chastain Bailey; her former husband Jimmy Cook; and her siblings, McLees Bailey, Louis Bailey, Guynelle Holbrook and Louise Bailey.
She is survived by: her husband Rayford H. Baker; her children, Jim Cook (Anita), Jeff Cook (Kristi), Kathy Hiott (Jerry) of Hartwell and Margie Thornton (Lanny) of Bowersville; and her stepdaughters, Tina Baker of Atlanta and Patsy Spivey (Dan) of Hartwell. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
