She is survived by: her parents, Robert Lee and Melba Stephenson of Moultrie; her husband Dean Clayton of Hartsfield, GA; her children, Spencer Clayton (Samantha) of Jacksonville, N. C., Sara Burroughs (Clark) of Cordele, GA, Grayson Gandy (Jasmine Mascaro) of Moultrie, GA and Hayden Gandy of Hartsfield, GA; her grandchildren, Luna Thompson, Wyatt Clayton, Taylor Beth Burroughs, Aubrey Burroughs, Braxton Mascaro and Karter Gandy; her brothers, Derric Stephenson (Paula) of Bay, GA and Rodney Stephenson of Hartsfield, GA; and her nephews, Ryan Hall and Layton Stephenson (Suzanne).
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to a memorial tribute to be placed at Tammy's gravesite.
