He was predeceased by: his brother Cleveland Smith; and his son-in-law Shane Price. He is survived by: his spouse Delores Smith of Parker; his children, Kevin Smith (Kim) of Winter Springs, FL and Sherri Price of Lynn Haven; his grandchildren, Cade Price, Kirstein Childers (Andrew) and Ryan Sosnowski (Caroline); and his great grandchild Ellie Childers.
