He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Webster Rayburn and Cora Juanice Trammell Rayburn; his wife Mary Barbara Bradley Rayburn; and his siblings, Coy Rayburn, Martha Fritts and Alice Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Bivins of Moultrie, Leanne Ricks (Stevie) of Hartsfield, LaDonna Douglas (Stephen) of Jackson, TN, Denise Hood and James Hill of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Shane Exum, Jonathan Exum, Ryan Glover, Jaime Rayson, Montana Rayson, Preston Lamb, Tyson Lamb, Layne Lamb and Rylee Bryant; and his siblings, Tommy Rayburn, Marilyn Bivins Truett (Billy), Shirlie Hurst and Deborah Phillips. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
