She was predeceased by: her parents, H. S. "Bud" Strickland and Florrie Hazel Hobbs Strickland; and her granddaughter Jessica Lakin Watson. She is survived by: her husband Reverend Johnny W. Cooper of Hartsfield; her children, Kimberley Darlene Kidd (Keith) and Bruce Wayne Cooper (Cindy Warren); her grandchildren, Bradley Wayne Cooper Giddens, Amanda, Everly, Ashley Darlene Cooper, Haley Monteen Cooper, Abby Lynn Cooper and Marcus Alexander Cooper; and her sister Dianne Broome. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
