Black, Jr. (Jennifer) of Cordele and Ricky Black (Karen) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Amber Everett, Eric Everett, Ashley Weathers, Alex Everett, Billie Black, III, Brigette Black, Christopher Rose, Jessica Maskery, Levi Strohauer, Richard Black, Christopher Black, William Stewart, Jr. and Lisa Sumner; and his siblings, Billy, Mary, Alice, Wanda, Lilly, Patsy, Peggy, Harry and Norma. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
His contributions to the Air Force were a testament to his strength of character and patriotism.
