She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Usry Pirkle and Lida Westbrook Pirkle of Hoschton, Georgia.. She is survived by: her husband Jack Spruill of Hartsfield; her sister Frances Benson of Hartsfield; her children, Robert Spruill (Brooke) of Moultrie, Carol Lawrence (Shannon) of Kite and Abby Tippens (Cliff) of Blairsville; and her grandchildren, Charlie Spruill, Emma Lawrence, Wyatt Spruill, Ben Spruill, John Tippens, Clay Lawrence, Andrea Spruill, Hoyt Lawrence, Carter Tippens, Samuel Tippens and Zeke Lawrence.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Mrs. Spruill to Colquitt Regional Medical Foundation, PO Box 40, Moultrie, GA 31776 to benefit hospice care services.
