He was predeceased by: his husband John Hinson. He is survived by: his parents, Susie Waters and Mandle Waters, Jr. of Harrison; his daughter Hannah Grace Waters of Virginia; his grandmother Joan W. Brantley of Harrison; and his brothers, Mandle and Bobby Lee "Bubba" Waters of Harrison.
The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
