He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Allen Scruggs, Bryan Scruggs, David Scruggs (Beth), Rodney Scruggs (Kassie), Deanne Crawford (Jay), Victoria Hollimon (Chris), Amanda Hollar (Wes), Michelle Shead (Matthew) and Kristina Nelson (Nick); his grandchildren, Tristen, Tyler, Bella, Rose, Christopher, Parker, Alivia, Kaylee, Easton, Jesse, Kyle, Elijah, Landon, Kallen, Brighton, Truett, Ridge, Ellie, Maddox, Oliver and William; his great grandchild Deacon; and his brother Jerry Scruggs.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Starling Funeral Home (435 W Milledgeville Rd, Harlem, GA 30814). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
