It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilkes Cooper (Harlem, Georgia), born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on March 5, 2021, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Cooper and Tara Cooper; his siblings, Terryn (Ben), Emalaine and Patrick; and his grandparents, Dr. Gary and Margaret Wilkes. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces.

Donations may be made to the Harlem Baptist Church Youth Program.
