She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Lewis; her parents, Kinzo Wakatsuki and Kiyo Yamamoto; her son Raymond A. Lewis; and her brother Kazuo Yamamoto.
She is survived by: her sons, Charlie Lewis (Kathy) of Augusta, GA and Wayne Lewis (Beth) of Wintersville, OH; her daughter-in-law Patrice Lewis of Birmingham, AL; her brother Katushiro Yamamoto (Yumiko) of Tokyo; and her grandchildren, Ray Lewis (Brittany) of Augusta, GA, Melissa Williamson (Allen) of Augusta, GA, Kaitlin Pelep (Stege) of Augusta, GA, Jennifer Rutledge (Brooks) of Columbia, TN, Matthew Lewis (Lydia) of Birmingham, AL, Melanie Lewis of Wintersville, OH and Alex Lewis of Wintersville, OH. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
