She was predeceased by: her son Derick Morris; her parents, Edward Rabun and Stella Rabun; and her sister Mildred Staples. She is survived by: her husband C. D. Morris; her children, Cathy Thurmond, Daniel Morris (Jana) and Daryl Morris; and her grandchildren, Danny Thurmond (Candi), Dustin Thurmond (Savannah), Lacy Mosley, Mitchell Morris, Dara Morris, Clay Morris, Bailey Morris and Dylan Morris. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
