He is survived by: his significant other Jenny Baldowski; his sons, Neal Baldowski, Jr. and Phillip Baldowski; his siblings, Tami Baldowski Berry (Rob) and Darryl Baldowski (Janice); his brother-in-law Carroll Moore (Melissa); and his nieces and nephews, Becca Baldowski, Amanda Baldowski, Jameson Moore and Joshua Moore.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests supporting our local Harlem Volunteer Fire Department, which he had tremendous appreciation and admiration of.
