She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh M. Cook. She is survived by: her son Ronald Cook; her daughter-in-law Gina Bennett Cook; her sons, Russell and Randall Cook (Rosi); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Brandi, Jonathon, Brenna and Adrienne. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that donations be made to Harlem Baptist Church or the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
