She is survived by: her children, Allen Bell (Janice) of Augusta, Shelia Bell of Augusta and Constance B. Neely (Edward T.) of Jacksonville; and her sister Elizabeth Bell of Harlem. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
