He was predeceased by: his father James Norfolk. He is survived by: his mother Johnnie Allen; his brothers, Jimmy Norfolk (Barbara Jones) and Trey Allen (Susy); and his children, Jessica, Rosa, Michelle, Jon Michael Norfolk, Jr., Amanda, Robert Lee and Leila. He is also survived by several grandchildren and numerous extended family.
