He was predeceased by: his wife Maggie Hebbard; his parents, Nancy Pate Chance and Marshall Frank Hebbard; and his siblings, Elizabeth Alethia Hebbard, Frances Dye, Patricia Beeland, Pearl Mulherin and Frank Hebbard.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Fulcher, Sherry Miller (Donald) and Randy Hebbard (Wendy). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
