She was predeceased by: her husband Sherman R. Otts; her parents, Daisy Burns and John Burns; and her children, Dr. John Otts and Lois Faye Otts.
She is survived by: her daughter Bette Sue Otts; her grandchildren, John Calvin Otts, Jr. (Jessica), Dana Peoples, Scott Peoples and Sarah Freeman; and her great grandchildren, Samantha Otts, John Calvin Otts, III, William Freeman, Josephine Freeman, Katherine McLain and Melody May Martin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
