He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Lewis and Miriam Lewis; and his sister Carol Lewis Coyle. He is survived by: his wife Michele Lewis; his children, Tiffany Lane (Craig) of Lithia, Florida, Kelly Lewis of Harlem, Kaitlyn Dukes (Billy) of Harlem, Kristin Abbott (Caleb) of Harlem and Jimmy Lewis of Clarks Hill; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Sadie Lane, Audrey Deren, Elizabeth, Rachel, Anna Dukes and Alice Abbott; and his sister Wanda Young of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
