With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Usry of Harlem, Georgia, who passed away on January 24, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Usry. He is survived by: his children, Greg Usry (Karla) and Rhonda Muszall; his brother Douglas Usry (Nancy); his sisters-in-law, Arlene Carr and Emmie Edenfield; his friend Waymon Johnson; his grandchildren, Arica Stringfield (Josh), Adryan Henderson (Ben), Dustin Stone, Amber Stone Mosely, Alyssa Usry and Alexis Usry; and his great grandchildren, Lucas James Stone, Skyler James Stone, Kipton Blake Stone, Lilly Grace Stringfield, Sawyer Kate Stringfield, Liza Jane Henderson, Maeve Olivia Stone and Brinley Anne Henderson.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to Harlem Baptist Church, honoring James' commitment to his faith and community.
