He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Kitchens and Mamie Kitchens. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kitchens; his sons, Joseph Kitchens (Andrea) and David Kitchens, Jr. (Stephanie); his siblings, Joe Kitchens (Karen) and Ellen Hamilton (Bobby); his grandchildren, Riley, Colbie, Presley, Eon and Eli; and his aunt Betty Tant.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Et Martinez Methodist Church (3614 Washington Rd, Martinez, GA 30907). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Martinez Methodist Church, 3614 Washington Road, Martinez, Georgia 30907, because Jack always believed in investing in eternal rewards.
