She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Watson Smith and Willie Maude Whitaker Smith; her husband George Stevens Fitzgerald; and her sister Betty Jean Henderson. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Smith Fitzgerald (Kristel) and Karen Fitzgerald Reville (David); her grandchildren, Stephanie Reville Madison (Cole), Davis Stevens Reville, Kelby Cowan and Konnor Cowan; her niece Vickie Jones (Tommy); and her nephew Gene Whitaker (Julie).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Silver Run Baptist Church (5406 US-221, Harlem, GA 30814). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
