He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Pamela "Pammy" Jenkins, Frank C. Jenkins III (Sherry) and Vincent Bernard Jenkins; his stepsons, Johnny Taylor (Kimberly) and Martin Taylor (Mamata); his grandchildren, D'uandra Jenkins, Frank Jenkins IV, Vinnishia Jenkins, Angelica Jenkins and Nyla Jenkins; his great grandchildren, D'Anthony Jenkins, Cedric Smith, Jr., Caleb "Lil Samp" Jenkins, TyAngela Jenkins, TyAngel Jenkins, Faith Jenkins of Georgia, Imani Jenkins and Kiing Elijah Lloyd; his great great grandchildren, MiAngel Jenkins and De'Annaraugh Jenkins; his brother Samuel Jenkins, Sr. (Diane); and his son Darnell Thomas (Jenkins).
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The lying in state will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bellevue Memorial Gardens Chapel (4501 Wrightsboro Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 3:45 PM at the Bellevue Memorial Gardens (4501 Wrightsboro Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813).
