We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2023, at the age of 88, Frances Horner (Harlem, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandy Brock and Dovie Etheridge; her son Randall Ryals; and her husband John Lacey. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Deann VanNorman, Darrell Ryals and Allen Ryals. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
