He is survived by: his wife Missy Watkins; his father Arthur Don Watkins; his children, David Arthur Watkins, Jr., Denise Renee Watkins and Elysse Jane Watkins; his stepsons, Robert Allen Burkey (Aprill) and Michael Scott Bray (Melissa); his siblings, Wayne Fountain, Steve Fountain, Ronnie Watkins, Sharon Stange and Wanda Watkins; and his grandchildren, Joshua Burkey, Jayden Burkey, Logan Burkey and Katherine Marks.
