He is survived by: his wife Judy Powell Fletcher; his children, Charles Lawrence Fletcher, Jr. (Mary) of Indiana and Catherine Fletcher Brown (Jim) of Norwood, GA; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Noah and Elizabeth Brown.
