He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Hyatt; his father Charles Hyatt, Sr. (Patricia); his stepfather Ted Bingham; his children, Alicia Derrick (Jonathan), Jessica Hallman (Glen), Erica Hadden (Rusty), Tiffany Land (Bobby), Amber Hopkins (Chet) and Mitchell Russell (Tiffany); and his brothers, Alan and Eric Hyatt.
