He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton C. Cully, Sr. and Ethel S. Cully; his wife Cynthia H. Cully; and his sister Joyce Pilgrim. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Cully Woodward (Richie), Lisa Cully Scarboro (Joey), Tammy Cully and Christy Epley (Jason); and his sisters, Joanne Pitts (Wayne) and Jackie Tyler. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
