He is survived by: his wife Marcia H. Evans; his children, William Olin Evans, Judy Lynn Hansen of Thomson, Debbie Kay Phillips of Thomson and Annette Lea Withrow of Thomson; his sisters, Mary Mooney and Shirley Hillman; and his grandchildren, Dalton Morris, Cody Morris, Breanna Slover, Alex Withrow, Lexy Withrow and Destiny Smith. He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
