It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Henry Strickland Jr. of Haralson, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Luther Henry Strickland, Sr.; and his brother James K Strickland. He is survived by: his friend James Bennett; his son Hank Strickland (Alicia); his grandchildren, Aaron and Alaina Strickland; his nieces, Kathy Arrington (Greg) and Allene Strickland; his nephew Jimmy Strickland; and his sister-in-law Gwen Strickland.

In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that memorial contributions may be made to Harvest Missions in care of Emmanuel Baptist Church 3911 Sharpsburg-McCollum Road Newnan GA 30265.
