He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Cooley and Sarah Cooley; and his brother Gary Cooley. He is survived by: his siblings, Elaine Smith and Jerry; and his sister-in-law Hope Cooley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
