She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Gay and Clora Zena Daniel Gay; and her siblings, Ruby M. Gay, Lela M. Smith, Eliza M. Daniel, Fred Gay, Jr. and Dave Gay.
She is survived by: her siblings, Eddie Lee Gay, James Matthew Gay and Mary Frances Gay-Smith. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the Gus Thornhill's Funeral Home, Inc. (1315 Gus Thornhill Jr Dr, East Point, GA 30344). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
