He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Everette Jacobson and Muriel Elnora Hearn Jacobson; his wife Ruth Eloise Weeks Jacobson; and his sisters, Sharon Johnson and Judi Jacobson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Jacobson Tittle (Tim) of Stockbridge, GA and Lauri Ruth Jacobson (Chris) of Canton, GA; his grandsons, Derrick Tittle of Atlanta, GA and Austin Tittle (Paige) of McDonough, GA; and his sisters, Kathleen Townshend of Florida and Marita Knight of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
