With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Lawrence Jr. of Hapeville, Georgia, who passed away on February 14, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Lawrence, Sr. and Charlotte Huff Leach; and his sister Jacquelyn Lawrence Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sara Phillips Lawrence; his sons, George III (Tammy), Greg (Shari) and Gary; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Ean, Ella and David; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Addison Lawrence. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held, and donations in George's memory may be made to McDonough Road Baptist Church, 352 McDonough Road, Fayetteville, Georgia 30214.
