He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tolbert and Dorothy Tolbert; his brother William Gray Tolbert; and his son Matt Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Gonzales Tolbert; his children, Chuck (Cheryl Tolbert), Christy (Jared Slaton), Robin (Andy Charles) and Jennifer Leigh Tolbert; his sister Gayle; his brother-in-law Greg Levin; and his nephew Paul Tolbert. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
