She was predeceased by: her son Mark Fulton; her grandson Josiah Fulton; and her brothers, Orville Wallace and James Wallace. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Fulton of Hampton; her children, Steven Fulton (Penny) of Goodview, VA, Rachel Price (Jim) of Farmville, VA, David Fulton (Janet) of Hampton and Ruth Smith (Dale) of Bowling Green, OH; her daughter-in-law Jane Fulton of Indianapolis, IN; and her sister Winnie Bobbio (Doug) of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Berea Christian Church or Johnson University in Knoxville, TN in memory of Wanda.
