He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Arnold Spradlin and Dorothy Bailey Spradlin. He is survived by: his children, Neal Spradlin (Angie) of Sharpsburg, GA, Jon Spradlin (Victoria), Philip Spradlin (Christy), Julie Spradlin and Jeannie Johns (Ricky); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Amy, Sarah, Eli, Brooke, Merry and Christina; and his sisters, Dorothy Sanders (Jackie) of Fayetteville, GA and Carol Crews (Jack).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Sacred Journey Hospice Foundation.
