She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Freeman and Claudia Leonie Fox McLemore; her son Jason McLemore; and her brothers, Okie, Freddie and James McLemore.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Mejias of Hampton; her daughter Libby McLemore of Hampton; her grandchildren, Rachel, Hunter, Kaden and Isabella McLemore; and her brothers, Freeman McLemore (Diane), Raymond McLemore and Richard McLemore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
