She is survived by: her husband Charles Smart; her children, Allen Smart, Dewayne Smart and Felicia Smart; and her grandchildren, Phoenix Smart, Dewayne Smart Jr., Jabari Smart, Dallas Smart and Jared Smart. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
