He was predeceased by: his father Paul J. Palmer; his sister Mary Rebecca Palmer Greene; and his nephew David J. Palmer. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Mae Palmer of Griffin, GA.; his brothers, William Palmer of Cleveland, TN. and Paul D. Palmer (Laurie) of Griffin, GA.; his nieces, Melanie Greene of Griffin, GA., Stephanie Greene of Griffin, GA. and Tanya Palmer of Griffin, GA.; and his nephew Paul L. Palmer (Beth) of Griffin, GA..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Life Assembly of God (1630 Zebulon Rd, Griffin, GA 30224).
