He is survived by: his wife Aminta Andrade of Velasco; and his children, Rosalba Garcia (Rogelio) of Hampton, Aminta Alzamora of Hampton, Maria Elena Tatis (Jesus) of Hampton, Jorge Velasco (Derly) of Hampton and Rafael Velasco (Claudia) of Bucaramanga, Colombia. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
