He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Dewitt and Kathleen Vera Kelly; his son Timothy Shaw; and his sister Amy Mack. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kelly; his son David Shaw; his grandchildren, Timothy Shaw Jr. and Courtney Richardson (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Taylor Garrett, Kaylee Garrett and Christopher Richardson Jr.; his brother Cecil Kelly (Patricia); his niece Kelly Wisniewski (Dan); and his nephews, Matthew Kelly, William Kelly and Nathan Kelly.
