He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Forrest Chapman, Sr.; his wife Patricia Gail Chapman; his daughters, Michele Chapman and Mallory Agnew (Ian); and his siblings, Forrest Chapman, Jr. (Mandy) and Cay Adams (Mike). He was also cherished by three nieces; and two nephews.
