He was predeceased by: his mother Esther Ussery Alger. He is survived by: his father Paul C. Lewallen; his brothers, Kenneth Lewallen and Mark Lewallen (Kim); and his aunts, Brenda Parker, Kay Price (Clifford) and Darlene Norton (Tony). He is also survived by one niece and two nephews, seven great nieces and nephews.
